Stacy's Nashville Hot Chicken - Chicken Salad

Fresh, bright and packed with protein. This Nashville Hot Chicken salad sandwich is a great lunch for those on the go.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or Chopped.
  • 1/4 Medium Sweet Onion
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Tucker’s Nashville Hot Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Shred or chop about 2 cups of cooked chicken. If the chicken has skin remove it.
  • Small dice onion, cut celery length wise into four strips then thinly slice.
  • Roughly chop dried cranberries and walnuts.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until all parts are equally distributed.
  • Serve on flat bread with spinach or lettuce and tomato.
