Cooked Chicken Shredded or Chopped.

Dried Cranberries

Chopped Walnuts

Tucker’s Nashville Hot Chicken

Instructions
Shred or chop about 2 cups of cooked chicken. If the chicken has skin remove it.
Small dice onion, cut celery length wise into four strips then thinly slice.
Roughly chop dried cranberries and walnuts.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until all parts are equally distributed.
Serve on flat bread with spinach or lettuce and tomato.
