Shepherd’s Pie
The Perfect St Patty's day meal. You know for that one day that you claim to be Irish. I'm pretty certain that I have a 100% English background, but maybe 1 or 2% Irish snuck in so that we could pull this one off. Screw it on March 17th, I'm Irish too.

- 10.Evenly spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture in skillet.
- Cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy.
